UPDATE: I do not recommend trying to wash in the washer (see photo). It leaves bits over other stuff in the wash and isn’t usable after. So definitely disposable. I recommend using it for larger messes before throwing it away. I also skinned my knee really bad and cut one of these into smaller towels (for a clean towel each time I changed bandages). It worked great! I got many washcloth sized towels, that were clean, soft, and didn’t leave cotton behind like the balls. I used them to both clean (wet with soap) and then dry the wound before I bandaged it again. After I’d throw the towel away. It was less abrasive then a paper towel, didn’t stain a nicer, really too big for what I was doing towel, and didn’t stick to the wound like a cotton ball or tissue did. I’d recommend for first aid care any day! I was glad I had them and only cut up one, with extra left over.First thing I want to say is I was very questionable about the “disposable” part of this product, as sustainability is something we should definitely practice. However, I think it is also important to think about water and power consumption, as well as bacteria that can thrive on towels that are regularly washed. That being said, I am going to try to wash these at least once and see how it goes.Now for the actual product, it is a good sized towel. It looks and works like a regular towel, although very thin. It is soft and absorbent (not as absorbent as some more pricey towels). I like that they come individually packaged (great for travel or guests) and do not take up a lot of room. I primarily have used them to dry my face after washing before bed. Still worked great as an after shower towel. Didn’t leave fuzz behind when drying and dries fast when hung up. I like them.
