I had a series of power failures recently. My previous set of standby flashlights had regular (insert “bunny” brand name here) alkaline batteries. Half of them were either dead or had died, corroded and ruined the contacts (and the flashlight). Afterwards, I tossed most of them out and bought a set of these IODOO lamps, one in each of the three sizes (15, 30 and 60W). All three sizes have magnets for sticking them to metal locations, hooks for hanging them up, three light intensity settings and the ability to either recharge them or use them to recharge your cell phone. Nice!The 15W lamp is compact and makes a handy walking-around flashlight. I can’t say that it would do a great job recharging a cell phone due to its limited charge capacity. The 30W lamp seems to hit a sweet spot where the battery capacity, brightness and carry ability are just about perfect. The built-in hook is particularly innovative. The 60W lamp is heavier and has a faux leather strap and “S” hook that I’m not too keen on. I would have preferred a sturdier version of the mid-size hook. It is VERY bright on its highest setting and easily lights up a decent-sized room. I rate cell phone charging ability on this version as excellent.I ended up purchased a 60W for my living room and several 30W versions for my kitchen and bedroom. I kept a 15W for “walking around” and purchased several more as gifts, which were very much appreciated.
