This airtight vacuum canister is made with thick plastic that feels sturdy and not bendable. The canister’s transparent design is crystal clear, and it allows us to see exactly what is stored inside; the clear design accentuates a nice and clean appearance. There were no instructions that came with the canister. To open the canister, make sure the big yellow button on the top is up which means the vacuum seal is deactivated, the lid can then be lifted up easily. If you try to take off the lid while the yellow button is pushed down, it is quite hard to pull the lid off due to the canister’s airtight vacuum seal. To vacuum seal the canister, simply push down the big yellow button on the top to engage. The 1000 ml capacity is around 34 oz which is a nice size for storage.
