Lufkin PSMW18N Measuring Wheel, Compact and Foldable

This year alone I have replaced this device 3 times due the the handle extending but only after a few days of use, no longer locks. This is frustrating especially because it’s my main tool in measuring properties. I close it and place the handle into a hammer clip. My large wheel works fine but I use it for larger areas.
