I installed Floradis Hold Open Door Closer on a door that people quite often fail to close. Following the instructions and the template provided the installation went smoothly and required only one adjustment to the arm position after installation to make the door easier to open and it does open easly. The door opens exactly 90 degrees so the magnetic hold open device was required to keep the door open and it works perfectly holding well and releasing easily. Installation took about an hour for this 80 year old man but I was also working in a confined space only a little larger then the door swing. I plan to install another one on a cellar door.
