This tree reminds me of the on my mother made back in the 1970’s in a ceramic class she took. My sister has the original, so I ordered this to have my memory maker. It looks so much like the mom’s that it warmed my heart. When lit it warms and charms your room. It comes with two interchangeable star toppers – one white and one gold/orange. The only reason that I did not give i 5 stars is that the plastic surround that comes with the star toppers can easily fall inside the tree – like mine did – and then you cannot get it out without removing the bottom plastic panel – which I did not want to attempt. One could glue the plastic surround inside the tree opening to prevent this from happening. But I love it!
