I received this nut milk maker in the creamy beige color. I must say the product appearanceIs very aesthetic. The pitcher offers a digital display that is small but the hub to all the functions this pitcher has to offer. Now I know that it can make up to 7 different thingsBut there are only 4 preprinted directed functions and one is not listed on the main advertising page, which would be soybean Milk. The other 3 buttons are for1. Rice Paste. 2. Water Boiling 3. Fruit JuiceThe remaining other functions are accessible through the function/cancellation button .There is also an Appointment Button and a Clean Button.The unit is capable of maintaining a 70*C temperature for 4 hours via the temperature control function to keep whatever my creation is in ideal warm temperature if needed.Directions :I have to agree with another reviewer that the font on the directional booklet is way too smallIt is unsure if they were trying to save on paper, as some of the pages are slightly empty and could have easily accommodated a bigger font, for easier reading to the consumer.The directions in the booklet left me with questions, I felt that it lacked a clear step by stepCommunication on how to achieve everything it states it does. I literally had to take pictures of the pages with my phone to be able to read it.The inside of the pitcher offers a Minimum liquid line plus1. Boiling water line2. Cold drink line3. Hot drink lineThe included measuring cup is tiny . I felt a bit puzzled on how this was going to makeAn impact in anything I would make with this pitcher. When heating up water I feltit would have been quicker to just microwave a cup of water within 1 minute than the waittime it tookto heat water in this pitcher. The process of making nut milk in this pitcher is not lot on me, thatit is time consuming, and easier just to purchase it, however I did try my hand at cashew milk.I soaked a bag of raw cashews in plain water for 2 hours, drained the water and loaded into pitcherfilled with water to the interior line and ran the cycle. The result was not creamy but watery, it is apparentthat I will need to keep trying different recipes until I achieve something to my liking, but without proper guideancefrom the manufacturer I must say it is a bit discouraging. When making a smoothie the machine worked welljust like a blender would. The clean up is not easy, as the directional booklet does say not to put the unitin direct water, so clean up is a bit of a task. And for all these reasons I don’t see myself reaching for this much.The unit is not easy to understand partly becasue the lack of information, guidance and directionThe buttons could have been better labeled with bigger font.
