BT 5149 – Aluminum Komatsu Oil Cooler

The BT 5149 is an all aluminum oil cooler designed as an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsu PC400LC-6 and PC450LC-6 Hydraulic Excavators. Manufactured in the USA using the latest in aluminum brazing technology, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding extreme heat and pressure. The core measures 42.25 inches from tank to tank, 35.25 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. All aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core to provide the strongest possible bond.
