The BT 5136 recore service allows us to replace the existing core in your Komatsu PC88MR-8 Hydraulic Excavator oil cooler with a brand new one and eliminate all possible failure points created through metal fatigue. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding even the most extreme heat, pressure, and abuse. Utilizing solid extruded tubes, the core measures 20.25 inches from tank to tank, 10.875 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. We will TIG weld your existing unit\’s tanks onto the core and pressure test it before sending it back to you.
