BT 5177 – Aluminum Empac Service Truck Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5177 oil cooler and radiator combo is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Empac service trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Built using solid extruded tubes, the header-less core measures 15.625 inches from tank to tank, 19.625 inches from side to side, and 3.50 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and eliminate as many failure points as possible.
