BT 5176 – Aluminum Case IH Steiger 550 Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5176 oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Case IH Steiger 550\’s. Manufactured in the USA using the controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding extreme heat and pressure. The core consists of solid, extruded tubes and measures 23.625 inches from tank to tank, 20.125 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. In order to eliminate as many failure points as possible, the aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core without using header plates. The U-shaped interior of the tanks ensures it can hold up even under high heat and pressure.
