BT 1316 – Aluminum Komatsu Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1316 is an all aluminum charge air cooler designed as an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsu PC490LC-10 Hydraulic Excavators. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 26.375 inches from header to header, 32.375 inches from side to side, and 2.559 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a 3.00 inch inlet and outlet.
