BT 1203B – Aluminum Komatsu, Terex and Toyo Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1203B all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsus, Terexs and Toyos. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 38.50 inches from header to header, 28.16 inches from side to side, and 2.559 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
